What's inside

Made for real wardrobes

Blazers and sundresses, sneakers and heels, statement earrings and watches. Organize everything the way you actually think about it, with categories you name yourself.

Your categories, your way

Start with ready-made categories, then create your own at any level, like Jewelry › Earrings › Statement or Vintage finds. Rename, hide or pin them, and search plainly: "pink dress", "gold earrings".

Colors read from the photo

The app names the colors it sees, from Navy to Rose. Type your own when it's a shade only you know.

Look books

Collect looks for a trip, a season or a wedding. Mix outfits you built, diary photos and ideas you saved.

Events and reminders

Color-coded event categories, a countdown on Home, and the planned look one tap away.

Share a look as a picture

A clean card sized for Instagram and TikTok. Prices, brands and sizes never appear on it.

Private by design

Privacy policy

The short version

TheStyleFolio keeps your wardrobe on your iPhone. We don't collect your photos, your items, your looks or your events, we don't show ads, and we don't sell or share data.

What stays on your phone

Everything you add to the app is stored only on your device: photos of your clothes, item details, categories, looks, look books, style diary entries, events, notes and reminders. We have no copy of it.

  • Camera and photos. The app uses the camera and your photo library only when you choose to add a picture. Photos you take in the app are saved to a TheStyleFolio album in your own photo library.
  • Notifications. Event reminders are scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.
  • Backups. When you back up, the app writes a file to a place you pick, such as iCloud Drive or Files. That file is yours and goes only where you send it.
  • Sharing. When you share a look as a picture, it goes only to the app or person you choose.

Your account

If you sign in, we keep only what's needed for signing in, such as your name and email from Sign in with Apple. Your wardrobe is not linked to your account until optional cloud sync arrives in a later version, and you'll be asked before anything is uploaded.

Analytics and tracking

The app has no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking across other apps or websites. If you join the beta, Apple's TestFlight may send us crash reports and feedback you choose to submit, under Apple's own privacy policy.

Children

TheStyleFolio is not directed to children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. Backup files you saved elsewhere stay until you delete them. To delete your sign-in details, contact us at the address below.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before any change that affects your data.
